Access to the cannabis facility is separate and controlled. Refer to 1.6 for further reference to these operations in relation to the cultivation and manufacturing facility. The company, founded in 2017, intends to engage in the cultivation, primary manufacturing, packaging and distribution of medical cannabinoid products into the global medicinal market as per our off-take agreements.
